Buffy Morrissette and her family since July 4, 1998.
We pride ourselves on the high quality personal service we are able to provide
to each customer and strive to maintain that consistent quality as we

Frequently Asked Questions
Do You Recycle?

Household rubbish is burned for energy to provide power to the waste facility and the neighboring community. While it's not required, customers in Naples and Casco may choose to recycle. It is a single stream facility, so please place all recyclables into a clear bag and tie securely.
Will you come to my house if I don’t live in your weekly coverage area?

Yes, we will travel outside our local area for junk or debris removal.
What are your rates for one-time jobs?

If everything is together in one place, and we are just loading it up and driving away, we charge $150 for a truck load, depending on distance, plus the cost of disposing of the load, determined by weight.

If we are asked to gather the load together or remove items from inside a house, we charge an additional $40 per hour for labor.
Do you charge extra for anything?

The disposal facility that we use charges a flat fee for several items. We do not markup the cost of these items.

Mattresses & Box springs: $31 each

Refrigerators: $70 each

Air conditioners and other freon containing items: $52 each

TVs and electronic waste (eWaste): $20 each

Tires: $20 each

20Lb propane tanks/bottles: $20 each

Is there anything you don’t haul?

By law, we cannot remove hazardous waste.
How soon can you be here?

We can usually do a job within a day or two. It can sometimes take up to a week to find a mutually convenient time.
Rules To Live By
Or at least to ensure continued good service ...

BAG and TIE all rubbish. All bags should weigh fewer than 35 pounds.

Break down all corrugated cardboard boxes at the seams and lay beneath your rubbish.
-
Have your rubbish at curbside by 8:00 a.m. each week.
-
Double bag and securely tie all kitty litter - limit each bag of litter to one litter box full.

For Naples and Casco residents, should you choose to recycle, BAG and TIE all clean recyclables into a clear rubbish bag.

Should your pickup day fall on a major national holiday (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas), the alternate schedule will be as follows:
-Monday customers will receive service on Thursday of the same week.
-Tuesday customers will receive service earlier on Monday of the same week.
-Wednesday customers will receive service on Friday of the same week.
-Thursday customers in Poland will receive service earlier on Monday of the same week.
-Thursday customers in Casco and Naples will receive service on Friday of the same week.
-Friday customers will receive service earlier on Wednesday of the same week.

Residential Rubbish Removal:

Poland, Oxford, Mechanic Falls: $48 per month.

Norway, South Paris, Minot: $48 per month.

Casco, Otisfield: $48 - $52 (Depending on location).

Brookdale Village: Family of 3 or more: $48 per month.
Above pricing allows for 26 bags per month. If this is exceeded in any month a $1 fee will be charged for each extra bag.

Brookdale Village: Family of 1 to 2: $21 per month.
This allows for 14 bags per month. A $1 fee will be charged for each extra bag.

Apartment Buildings: $25 per apartment unit per month. Bag limits and extra bag charges apply.

Frye Island / Raymond Service: $35 per week*

Casco / Windham / Standish: $35 per week*
*Saturday Service from June to September.
Small Business: Prices negotiated depending on type of business and rubbish output.
